Robert Julander - President / Director

Robert Julander has over 40 years of experience in the oil and energy industry. He is the Vice President and Director of Petroleum Energy Corporation since 1984 and has extensive experience in managing engineering, geological and leasing operations. He has also done extensive studies on oil rich sites in Northern America and is very knowledgeable about the locations and the business.

Jordan Gitterman - Vice President / Director

Jordan Gitterman heads Provide Energy LLC's institutional sales, marketing, and public relations operations. He presents Provide's drilling programs to participate investors. Investors are fully informed with details and full disclosure of all the pertinent facts of the project so they can assess the risk reward ratio and make a proper capital commitment. He also works on the down stream facilitating and brokering the sale of bulk petroleum product contracts. In addition to his many years of marketing Mr. Gitterman brings Provide Energy 20 years of experience in two valuable areas. First is a wide range of real estate experience from his days as a principal and hands on operator of a medium sized multi office New York City Brokerage firm. He regularly negotiated the purchase and marketed the sale of apartment houses and leases for a select group of investors and his own account. Secondly a wide range of capital raises through structured finance; the procuring of funds through both debt & equity. Mr. Gitterman worked as a registered series 7 stockbroker on wall street and was associated with a real estate and business investment banking concern.

James Richards - Treasurer/Director

James Richards has 45 years of management experience in various industries. His experience in managing mining & drilling operations as head of different oil & gas companies and his experience co-founding High Summit Oil & Gas Inc in 1980 give Provide Energy LLC a strategic advantage. He also served as an independent management consultant in the industry.

Roy Chavarcode - Secretary / Director

Experienced in founding and heading information technology companies, Roy Chavarcode brings to Provide Energy LLC his expertise in technical management and administration skills. He has 25 years of experience in managing companies in different parts of the world. He handles the general administration, compliance of relevant legislation and regulation of the company. His thorough understanding of technology and management ability makes sure the communication, control and management at Provide Energy LLC become seamless processes.
